Human Resources
One of the most important measures of a school system's success is the quality of educators in its classrooms. Equally important is the school system's ability to retain excellent staff at all levels. Our school system views recruiting the best teachers, administrators and support personnel as a priority. Because this is such a priority, Weldon City Schools has developed a "Teacher Recruitment and Retention Plan" that focuses on ways that our school system can attract and keep quality employees.
